Display an ad in our highly-read event program book!

Each attendee will receive our full-color event program booklet which includes detailed information about the week’s schedule, film screenings, and speakers.  We hand out hundreds of programs each year; attendees often save them as a keepsake, allowing your ad to continue to make an impact long after the event.

Program Book Options:

• Half-Page Ad ($200)
  
• Full Page Ad ($350)
  
• Special Ad Placement (receive special placement on a full page ad for an additional $350)

ARTWORK DEADLINE: Ads must be submitted to sponsorships@cwvff.com no later than February 10. 

ARTWORK SPECS: Ads can be submitted in multiple formats; we prefer PDF or PNG.

ARTWORK DIMENSIONS:

• Full page with bleed: 5.75″ x 8.75″
• Full page trim: 5.5″ x 8.5″
• Half-page with bleed: 5.75″ x 4.375″
• Half-page trim: 5.5″ x 4.25″
