Networking Lunch

Networking luncheons give sponsors the opportunity to briefly speak about their company or organization, display a short media promo, or place literature on tables!

We have two networking luncheons during the Guild portion of the event, providing opportunities for our attendees to network with our speakers and other filmmakers and actors.  Lunches take place Tuesday and Wednesday (the Guild portion of the event starts Monday and ends Wednesday afternoon).  These luncheons are included free with purchase of any Guild ticket (including individual day passes).  Luncheons can exceed 400-500 attendees.

As a lunch sponsor, your organization has the option to place literature on each table.  For an additional cost, sponsors have the opportunity to show a promotional video and briefly speak (approximately 5-6 minutes) during the luncheon. 

Luncheons can cost in excess of $2,000; your sponsorship will help us offset these associated costs.

THURSDAY BREAKFAST SPONSORSHIP

In addition to the two lunch options, we also offer the ability to sponsor our Thursday morning breakfast event (this occurs during the Festival portion of the event).  Select this option in the drop-down option menu above.

• Your logo will appear on our website and on the back cover of our event program book!
• 20% ticket discount on any combination of Guild and Festival tickets (discount code will be emailed upon purchase).  Note, as part of a lunch sponsorship, we welcome the organization or individual sponsor to attend all our main keynote sessions without additional ticket purchases.
